JUST Act 447: The Screws are Being Tightened on Poland

JUDASISM, THAT IS THE BARTER OF SOVEREIGNTY is the title of this Polish-language work. Author Stanislaw Michalkiewicz is a lawyer, university teacher, essayist, and publicist. Although he covers many topics in this book, I focus on Polish-Jewish relations in my review. Michalkiewicz emphasis the role of the United States in forcing the Holocaust Industry pretensions upon Poland.

CONCESSIONS LEAD TO MORE DEMANDS

The Polish government already pays the pensions of Holocaust survivors–to 50,000 in Israel alone, and to the tune of 100 Euros monthly. What is significant is not the money itself, but the spin: Poland has assumed responsibility for the German crimes of WWII. (p. 121). This sets the precedent for further demands.

THE USA WIELDS THE CLUB OF THE HOLOCAUST INDUSTRY

The U. S. government meddles in internal Polish affairs, as by the United States Senate passing JUST Act 447. (p. 354). Michalkiewicz (p. 355) compares this betrayal of Poland, by the USA, to that at Yalta. Poland is the nation that lost WWII, and now will have to pay for German crimes (p. 397)[and for the consequences of German crimes].

A CYNICAL VIEW OF HOW POLAND IS TREATED

Throughout this book, Michalkiewicz refers to the Polish common people as “natives”. This is in allusion to the elitist and condescending manner by which some foreign governments (notably Germany), and sometimes the Polish government itself, treat the Poles, especially in relation to Jewish-related matters. (e. g, p. 360). He also refers to Poland as a Bandustan for the same reason.

In fact, Michalkiewicz suggests that Poland is serially ruled by three powers: Russia, Prussia, and USA-Jews. (p. 363). Currently, the latter rule.

In terms of specifics, JUST Act 447 attempts to force Poland and other central European nations to pay, to self-appointed Jewish organizations, for the heirless property of Jews, which Poland had acquired completely legally (since heirless property normally escheats to the state). The Jews thus attempt to impose recently-discovered and retroactively-acting tribal rights on Poland and other nations. (p. 358). The USA assumes the role of the bully whose job it is to put all sorts of pressures on Poland to pay off the extortionists of the Holocaust Industry. (p. 369). This could eventually include economic sanctions, as had been threatened earlier in the Swiss banks case. (p. 358).

The monies demanded are staggering. A figure of 300 billion dollars has been quoted. (p. 390, 398). Local Jews would also benefit. They would get a “gift” of 65 billion dollars, which would enable these Jews to achieve the economic and political dominance of Poland. (p. 355).

TEREZIN DECLATION: A MANIPULATION

JUST Act 447 “enforces” the Terezin Declaration, which itself has no legal force, and is not a treaty. Michalkiewicz points out that it is a manipulation: It creates an aura of legality behind Jewish extortionist claims upon Poland. When Wladyslaw Bartoszewski signed the Declaration on behalf of Poland in 2009, he did not agree to any concrete terms, but, by signing it, he (supposedly) affirmed [or is alleged to have affirmed] the overall validity of Jewish claims against Poland. (p. 395). Once again, the USA is the enforcer: One of the jobs of the U. S. government is to work with Jewish organizations in monitoring the compliance, of Terezin Declaration signees, in paying off the Jewish organizations.

DISENGENIOUS USES OF HOLOCAUST INDUSTRY MONIES

This shakedown money sought by the Terezin Declaration and JUST Act 447, for heirless properties, is professedly intended to support “Holocaust survivors”, to promote Holocaust education, and for various nefarious “other purposes”. Let us take a closer look at just one aspect of this.

The number of “Holocaust survivors” keeps expanding. It now includes those born to Jewish survivors of WWII, presumably based on the intergenerational Holocaust “trauma” that these newcomers experience! (p. 359, 373).

CURTAILING POLES’ FREEDOM OF SPEECH

Michalkiewicz does not beat around the bush. He considers the PiS government a tool of Jewish-Americans. (p. 349). He notes the meeting, between President Duda and the ADL (Anti-Defamation League), which was devoted to “fighting antisemitism” and to “property restitution”“. He warns that this can be used to silence viewpoints, in Poland, that Jews don’t like. (p. 297). Jews would then dictate what Poles can and cannot say.

There are ominous developments. The Church has called anti-Semitism a sin, but has not done the same for anti-Polonism. (p. 390). With reference to the ONR, the Church has said that “nationalism is foreign to the Church”. Really? The Church has a Day of Judaism. (p. 266). Michalkiewicz (p. 207) concludes that the Catholic Church in Poland has become Judaized.
